FAQs
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on your packing slip. You can also log into your account to view past orders under the My Account section to obtain your order number.
I’m entering my order number and nothing is happening?
If the return process will not start, then you are past the 60 day return window.
Some of my products are grey. What does that mean?
If a product is greyed out then that means it is no longer in an acceptable return time frame of 60 days and/or is a customized item that is not eligible to be returned.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package.
Can I return multiple orders at once?
You can return multiple orders at once by completing the following steps:
- Complete the return process for each individual order in the portal. You can either visit returns@oobe.com or go to your purchase history to begin the process.
- Print all packing slips and return labels.
- Pack all items into one box with the packing slips, unused return labels and choose one of the return labels to affix to the outside of the box.
The return charge will be split amongst each order included in the singular box.
Do I have to select a return location?
Yes, but you do not have to take it to that location if you have a pickup spot your prefer. You can also select to receive a QR code that any FedEx location can scan and print the label for you.
Can I exchange product?
We currently do not take exchanges. The easiest way to complete an exchange is to return your item and place a new order.
